What will my delivery look like?
All orders are sent with the non-descript return address name of "TS Global" instead of "Talullah Suede". Depending on the nature, size, and weight of your order, products or lingerie are mailed in bubble-wrap, flyer bags, envelopes or a plain box.
There's also no need to worry about your bank statement as your transaction will show as 'TS Global Online'.
There are no markings on the back or side of your parcel. The only markings are your address label on the front, which appears as below, and a courier partner sticker depending on the service used.
What time will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 12h00, Monday to Thursday will arrive before 17h00 of the following working day. If your order is placed on a Friday, special arrangements must be made to receive your order on Saturday.
This is done at an additional fee of R 350.

Orders placed after 12h00, Monday to Thursday are considered as placed the following day and will therefore arrive the day after. If your order is placed on a Friday, Prior to 12:00, your order will arrive on a Monday.
All orders come with a standard delivery fee of R 90, for "Next Day Delivery". Orders with an order value over R750, qualify for FREE delivery. (IE: no charge on delivery fee)

All out lying areas, must please allow an additional day for delivery.

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns of lingerie.
All of our garments are triple wrapped for hygienic reasons and therefore cannot be re-wrapped or exchanged once opened.
Please be sure to check your sizing before ordering.
Should your order have a manufacturing fault, we will gladly credit you with a credit note and replace the item you have ordered. (Accessories)
